Who is responsible

What we collect

Only what you send us: name, organisation, email, phone and the message in the contact form, or what you write to us by email or WhatsApp. We do not ask for sensitive data and ask you not to include it.

Why

To reply to your request, schedule the review and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. We do not use your data for advertising or add it to mailing lists without your consent.

How long

Up to 12 months after the last contact if there is no business relationship. If you become a client, documents follow the retention periods required by accounting and tax law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer personal data. The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which receives form messages and logs technical access data (such as IP address) for security, on servers that may be outside Angola. Netlify acts only on our behalf.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no advertising or analytics tools that track visitors. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, so opening a page sends no data to third parties. If we ever use analytics with cookies, we will ask for your consent first.

External links

The WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Google Maps buttons only contact those services when you click them. From then on, their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to geral@pluriad.net. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to Angola’s Data Protection Agency (APD).
